Managed the execution of the design, print and graphic portion of the marketing campaign for the series premiere of Tacoma FD staring Super Troopers co-creators Kevin Heffernan and Steve Lemme.

For the key art campaign, I facilitated working relationship with Arsonal and Bond (two separate creative agencies we worked with to create 3 custom pieces of art). Artwork adapted for on-air spots, on-air graphics, OOH, event, digital and social placements.

We launched with a tease campaign showing just Steve and Kevin’s mustaches to get Super Trooper fans excited about the upcoming series from “The Two Hottest Super Troopers.” Then, all media placements were replaced by a mixture of two hero key arts. One showing the entire cast up close and personal with their quirky expression. The second, an at first glance heroic dramatic walk, but upon closer inspection, the same quirky, comedic expressions reveal themselves to promote trutTV’s newest half-hour comedy set in a firehouse in one of America’s rainiest cities. Light on blazes that need extinguishing, this crew keeps themselves entertained with creative competitions, friendly first responder rivalries, and bizarre emergency calls.

For season 4 of The Carbonaro Effect, truTV updated the show open with a brand new look including a new original song. Additional elements for the show package were also updated including L3s, bumps, title cards, intro and outros.

Ahead of truTV announcing a new show titled “Paid Off with Michael Torpey” – a gameshow that gives three lucky college grads – saddled with student debt – the chance to pay of their student debt, we needed to capture talent photography in order to launch a “Paid Off” page of the truTV website.

I worked with the talent, programming and press teams to arrange for Michael to come to our in-house studio. I booked the studio with our engineering team, arranged for a holding room, hired a freelance hair and makeup artist and arranged wardrobe references. I managed the day’s schedule to ensure we kept on track with Michael’s schedule. Selects were routed and once we had a final image, I worked with a designer to have all truTV and press site images created to spec by our overnight deadline.

During my time at MSNBC, the new msnbc.com website launched.  These were the anthem spots that were created to promote the launch.  My responsibilities on this project stretched from the concept stage through delivering the final files to air.  I sourced footage from the NBC archives and had it restored to our editors work groups, cleared all footage with Rights & Clearances, arranged for releases to be signed with individuals in clips - including negotiating zero compensation contracts, called our affiliates across the country to speak with researchers, set up satellite feeds with Sat Ops to have footage fed to our NY office, ordered tapes of HD footage from our warehouse, injested tapes by patching it through to our servers in our device room, recorded content off the msnbc.com website via scan-converter for graphic artists to manipulate in post and setup audio-booth for tracking session with Chris Matthews to record VO.

During my time at MSNBC, the new msnbc.com website launched.  This is a cinema spot we created to promote the launch.  It ran in movie theaters across the country.  I worked alongside a Producer-Editor to create this piece.  My responsibilities on this project mirrored the anthem campaign.  I sourced footage and soundbites from the NBC archives, cleared all footage with Rights & Clearances, set up satellite feeds,  ordered tapes of HD footage from our warehouse, injested tapes,  recorded content off the msnbc.com website via scan-converter and sourced images from stock photo sites. 

This campaign was created out of a need to familiarize msnbc viewers about the community they could find by visiting and joining msnbc.com.

I produced this series by screening footage of episodes of msnbc shows and listening for soundbites from the hosts that tied the key topics together. I utilized sourced images pertaining to the key issues and the scan-converter to record content off of the msnbc.com website to bring these spots to life.

Nickelodeon and Hasbro partnered to create a convergent program that highlighted the creativity and individuality of Play-Doh’s latest product, DohVinci. Addison Riecke of The Thundermans and Breanna Yde of The Haunted Hathaways went head-to-head to see who had the skills to master a series of art challenges in the “DohVinci Design Master” Head-2-Head custom video series that lived on a custom designed website.

Nickelodeon and Hasbro partnered to create a convergent campaign, Operation: Stop the Prank, in order to bring awareness to the NERF Rebelle brand and highlight the new Secrets and Spies product line.

The program featured Amber Montana of The Haunted Hathaways  and Hayley Tju from Bella and the Bulldogs, in an interactive “choose what happens” video series, where users helped Amber and Hayley stop a prankster from pulling off the ultimate prank by selecting various options throughout the video. Each choice the viewer made in watching the series on the custom website, impacted the next video clip that was served to them.

The custom website hosted behind the scenes photos from the shoot, client's brand spots, a send to a friend functionality where users could invite their friends to visit the website through an e-mail, and product information.

The Hasbro Wish List custom website on Nick.com, in its third consecutive year of execution, provided kids with the opportunity to learn about 16 exciting Hasbro toys. This program sought to engage and create buzz around new Hasbro product lines while ultimately driving Hasbro’s holiday sales. The program ran leading up to the holiday shopping season.

The custom website we built allowed users the opportunity to enter the sweepstakes, as well as build their own customized wish list that they could send to a parent or guardian through e-mail. The site hosted product images, descriptions and brand spots for each of the 16 toys.

Toyota partnered with Nickelodeon to promote the new 2015 Toyota Sienna and The SpongeBob Movie.  The campaign included a :30 custom spot, a custom website with a sweepstakes for a family of four to attend The SpongeBob Movie premiere, a map of where the custom Superhero SpongeBob-inspired 2015 Toyota Sienna vehicle was touring and a photo gallery of the vehicle. The site also included a custom SpongeBob SquarePants make your own comic book experience and a Patrick Star fortune teller activity.

Nickelodeon and ConAgra Kid Cuisine partnered to execute Nickelodeon's first ever instant-win sweepstakes. We built a custom website that allowed users the opportunity to enter the Splashtastic Sleepover Sweepstakes and find out instantly if they had won the grand prize for a trip to 8 to travel to Nick Hotel including airfare, spending money and activities at the hotel - or if they were one of 500 secondary winners to win a SpongeBob Bed tent and Push Light. A duplicated sweepstakes was carried out on 4.22 million Kid Cuisine packages that were printed with instant win game prizes.

The website also hosted a custom racing game where users could race as SpongeBob or one of his friends in a dream world, sleepover printable activities and a video player that entertained users with hilarious clips of SpongeBob in his own sleepy world.

Nickelodeon and ConAgra Kid Cuisine partnered together in a Hotel Transylvania 2 themed custom program leading up to the launch of the movie and Halloween season. Visitors to the site could play a side scrolling game as Drac, take a personality quiz to see which monster from the movie they were most like, complete an activity list to earn a certificate, and visit a video player where they could watch the trailer to the movie and special behind the scenes content.

We bridged packaging to online to promote the partnership. In specially marked packages of Kid Cuisine, users could find codes that allowed them to unlock special power ups in the game online.

Nickelodeon and Kraft partnered to develop a custom campaign Find your Fun. It thematically aligned Nickelodeon's World Wide Day of Play and with Capri Sun’s Push Play initiative which served to inspire kids to re-define the notion that play needs structure and organization, but instead can be found in unstructured ways with common household items, mobile devices, or simply by using their imaginations.

We created a content generator that served personalized activities/games based on choices that users inputted upon landing on the custom site. Kids answered "what, how, and where."  Based on their selections, an algorithm served users custom created activities/games that best met their own personalized selections. The games all relied on using everyday ordinary objects that would be easily accessible to children and walked users through made up unstructured game play. Users could also share the experience with their friends and family through an e-mail notification.

We extended this campaign to have on-ground footprints at World Wide Day of Play events. We created wacky relay games that participants could engage with including life size Capri Sun pouch potato sack races as well as a few activities that could also be found in our online game generator.

Great Wolf Lodge is the world's largest chain of indoor water parks and they own and operate family resorts adjacent to the water parks.  We created a robust custom campaign that allowed us to introduce new users to the Great Wolf lodge brand, characters and endless list of amenities that are offered on the Great Wolf Lodge properties.

The site hosted 4 games. One was called Wiley's Water Park Wonderland where users could race down a waterslide as their favorite Great Wolf Lodge character.  We also created a Northern Lights Arcade experience to align thematically with the arcades found on the properties.  Users could play three mini games within this arcade experience where online game play matched game play of arcade games on the premises. There was a personality quiz where users could find out which Great Wolf Character they were most like.  The fun didn't stop there.  There was a wilderness music mixer where visitors could create their own song using noises/beats found in nature. The entire site featured loads of hidden easter eggs, unlockables and printables.  And if that wasn't enough - there was a sweepstakes where visitors could enter for their chance to win a vacation to a Great Wolf Lodge resort.

Back for a second year partnership with Nickelodeon, we were tasked with the challenge of delivering an even more robust site than what we had done in 2015.  We really wanted users to feel like they could explore and interact with all the amenities Great Wolf Lodge has to offer. So we built a digital interactive map experience that allowed site visitors to learn about all Great Wolf Lodge had to offer.

We started by using the foundation of existing games we had already created for 2015 including Wiley's Water Park Adventure and the Northern Lights Arcade mini games.  We then added new activities including a MagiQuest puzzle game that included lots of branded visuals (such as wand toppers, pixie dust, anddragon horns), a Half Moon mini-golf matching game, as well as a movie theater for users to view brand videos.

Nickelodeon and Sonic partnered for a truly exciting campaign that tied Sonic's premiums in Wacky Pack kid meals directly to a custom built gaming experience on nick.com.  We leveraged the popularity of SpongeBob SquarePants, our wacky Krabby Patty flipping, bubble blowing champion, and his nautical sidekicks for this gift with purchase program. With a Wacky Pack Kids Meal from Sonic, kids received one of seven unique SpongeBob premiums as well as a unique code with direction to logon to our website.  Upon arriving to the website, users could enter their unique code to unlock one of seven exciting levels of our game that each thematically aligned with the premium they received. Users had to collect all the premiums in order to play all of the levels.

Playmates launched a line of toys centered around our Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtled IP. The product line was a series of toy vehicles called TMachines.  Naturally, we created a custom racing game that made our fans say "Cowabunga"!

Users were able to select their favorite character and the associated TMachines vehicle: Raph in ShellRaiser, Mikey in Extreme Party Wagon, Leo in Stealth Bike and Donnie in Service Truck. We incentivized users to repeat gameplay by allowing a cumulative point earning functionality that would ultimately allow users to earn points to unlock Shredder. Shredder had perfect performance stats. 

The game allowed users to pick their own course, avoid TMNT themed obstacles and collect power ups such as garbage lids, trash bags and pizzas. There was an added element of delight as users got to listen to voice over from the real turtles, encouraging them along the way and celebrating with them at the finish line.

Leveraging the unique personalities from the cast of Make It Pop, Nickelodeon and Dole teamed up to showcase how new product and brand Fruitocracy empowers kids to create awesome sounds and unleash their inner pop.

In the Express Your Inner Pop digital program, kids were able to create their own music and riffs on a digital soundboard, send their musical creations to friends and family in a custom designed e-card and enter a sweepstakes for a chance to win a trip to the set of a Nickelodeon show.

Fruit By The Foot took center stage as Nickelodeon partnered with Silento to make a splash during the Kids’ Choice Awards 2016. An exclusive, two-minute commercial performance rolled in from the custom built Fruit by the Foot branded stage.

Nickelodeon and Chuck E. Cheese teamed up to invite kids and their families on an exciting and interactive Nickelodeon scavenger hunt mission of exploration throughout 500 Chuck E. Cheese’s locations with a custom BlippAR augmented reality app and some of Nickelodeon’s most popular characters: SpongeBob SquarePants and PAW Patrol.

Users could download the BlippAR app, and only within the walls of a Chuck E. Cheese store, blipp one of the markers that activated the SpongeBob or PAW Patrol gaming experiences. Users had to look around the store for each of the 6 game piece markers to complete the missions. Upon completing the virtual reality experience, users could show their completion screen to the prize counter employee and claim a free prize.

To create additional excitement for the promotion, we had a sweepstakes live online where users could enter for their chance to win a trip to Nickelodeon Universe.

Cheese supported the campaign with free standing inserts in newspapers, and grocery store coupon handouts, on their website, their social platforms and in-stores at point of purchase. 

Nickelodeon and Spin Master partnered to create “Hatch. Vote. Watch,” a convergent program that teased and highlighted the magical elements of the new hit Hatchimals toy. The program was separated into two phases – the Hatch phase and the Watch phase.

The program kicked off with a crowd sourced hatching activity on a custom website that showcased the product. Kids worked to “hatch” an egg online with pre-determined interactive activities.  For example, to virtually pet the egg. The egg then “hatched,” launching the start of an alternate story line with the Game Shakers, one of Nickelodeon’s live action programs.

We created a custom programming block sponsored by Hatchimals to air prior to release of our alternate story line. During the programming block, a custom spot announced the alternate story line and drove kids to vote online for what they wanted to see happen next in the story line.

The first vignette of the Game Shakers parallel story line was revealed online on Hatch Day, and four additional vignettes were released one by one over the course of two weeks.

When it comes to the Kids’ Choice Awards, kids always want a behind-the-scenes look at the action, and there’s no better guide than KCA super fans – the Crazy Squares! Through an immersive digital experience, kids had the chance to follow the Crazy Squares (and join them) as they journeyed across the United States to cover the Kids’ Choice Awards.

A side scrolling game allowed users the chance to help get the Crazy Squares from New York to California by beating a 5 level game. The game was created from scratch and had elements that aligned thematically with the brand.  Such as having to avoid the crazy square that would eat you and end the game.  The game creative was also “cinnafied” to tie in the brand even further.  For example, a milk carton as a sky scraper in New York, huge spoons as the structure of Big River Crossing in Tennessee.

Then fans experienced the big day through the eyes of the Crazy Squares, from the Orange Carpet to a behind-the-scenes look at Slime. Finally, users were able to review a scrapbook of highlights from the day’s adventure.

We created a custom on-air tag that drove to our website.  The tag mirrored the same creative from the digital website to give users a cohesive experience.

Nickelodeon and Verizon partnered to create a custom social program. The Behind the Slime video series showcased how the principles of STEM are utilized in epic Kids’ Choice Awards slimings, in the craziest and most awesome ways.  In the three part video series our Nickelodeon talent, Addison Riecke and Diego Velazquez (from Nickelodeon's The Thundermans), kids from the Verizon Innovative Learning program as well as our slime expert Dr. Deon highlighted how science, technology, and math allowed them to build an impressive slime cannon. The payoff? Getting to test the cannon out.

Messaging throughout the video series hit on key points from Verizon’s #weneedmore campaign.  The campaign focuses around allowing kids to see the world of possibilities waiting for them through obtaining education in STEM curriculum.  There are 4 million unfulfilled science and tech jobs that kids could aspire to fulfill, like roller coaster builder, space craft engineer and slime launcher.

The custom Behind the Slime video series was seeded out on Nickelodeon O&O platforms as well as our talent’s Instagram handles.

We tapped into the power of social influencers to expand the reach of the campaign’s message. We partnered with influencers “What’s Inside” and “Chloe X Halle” to create custom content to post on their platforms that was thematically aligned with our campaign.

Nickelodeon and Mattel Hot Wheels together created an epic slime stunt to inspire kids to experiment and build at home (using Hot Wheels die cast and orange tracks). 

The campaign started by asking kids to help us decide which slime stunt would come to life in an epic way during the Kids’ Choice Awards.

After the votes were casted, we worked with Mace Coronel who plays Dicky Harper on the Nickelodeon series Nick, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn to create an impressive Hot Wheels stunt track that ended in an epic sliming.

The custom spot aired during the Kids’ Choice Awards and lived digitally with additional behind the scenes content.

Nickelodeon partnered with Toys R Us to help raise awareness of their new brand campaign “Today we play”.  This custom co-branded multi-platform program, anchored in a presenting sponsorship of Nickelodeon’s Worldwide Day of Play, encouraged kids to set play free.  With multiple pieces of custom linear creative, featuring Benjamin Flores, Jr., on-ground events at five select Toys R Us parking lots, activations at two Worldwide Day of Play events, and an in-store sweepstakes (in over 500 locations), this partnership reached fans and kept them engaged throughout August and September.

For the fourth year in a row, Nickelodeon partnered with Sonic for a Wacky Pack kids’ meal promotion during the Summer 2017. In their first partnership with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, each Wacky Pack kids’ meal came with a TMNT premium that tied back to our custom built digital gaming experience. 

The action-packed meal included battle-ready action figures, one of a kind Turtles’ masks and smelly “sewer” stickers, perfect for any sized adventure. Through a multi-platform co-branded program, kids and families had just what they needed to suit up and join the Turtles or one of their fearsome foes.

Nickelodeon partnered with Canon on a digital-only, socially led program for Canon printers in Summer 2017.  For this program, Nickelodeon created a series of printables using Blaze and Shimmer & Shine that were pushed out via social media on Nickelodeon and Canon's platforms as well as influencer's platforms. The social posts drove to Canon's website where all of our content was hosted and where the printables were available for download. We also created two time lapse assembly videos to show the printables being built in an instructional video. 

Nickelodeon and Mattel made a custom :30 spot to promote the Shimmer & Shine Genie Dance Dolls just in time for the holiday shopping season. The spot shows off how you can make Shimmer & Shine dance by sliding them back and forth. The dolls are fun for the whole family to play with, including dad!
